The last 6 months have been challenging and rewarding. I've been super, super busy with my new lifestyle. A healthier lifestyle has brought about a multitude of changes. I began preparing and eating a healthier diet in July of this year. I incorporated walking and toning into my day and behold, I lost a solid 68 pounds!
I love this new lifetyle. I showed my progress photos on Instagram and Facebook and gained support from a new group of online followers. The men and women who live fit and eat clean. Their workout photos, food diet photos, selfies and videos kept me motivated.
My current weight is 158 and my goal weight is 135. Hunnie, I stay in the full length mirrors. I feel better physically and mentally. My self esteem has improved and I feel sexy.
Therefore healthy is sexy and healthy is the new sexy.
I'll be sharing all of the tips and tricks I used on my journey.
Don't wait until 2018.
