You should be rolling your grocery cart right past those bottled salad dressings and clicking on my blog. I‘ll have you hooked on salad my way, when you drizzle on a hefty spoonful of my Roasted Red Pepper Dressing. In fact, you‘ll be looking for other things to pour it over!
Nothing makes salad come alive, more than a homemade dressing and making your own fresh salad dressings are simple, affordable and just taste better. You can get creative with the spices and be a rock star in the kitchen too. My go to dressing for salads in oil and vinegar but I get bored easy. So I made my own Roasted Red Pepper Salad Dressing in less than 5 minutes with 3 ingredients and some spices. All the reasons why you love me and my blog.
Now I use Romaine because it’s my favorite but it actually last longer than other leaf lettuce and has the most beta carotene. Therefore Peeps, Romaine Lettuce is more nutritious. Boom
The roasted char on the sweet Red Pepper, blended with olive oil, the tang of white vinegar with just hint of garlic, gives this dressing a cool and light taste. Enhance your fresh romaine lettuce with a juicy slice of Ohio Grown Beef Steak Tomato and Apple Wood Smoked Bacon crumble, garnished with grated Reggiano Parmesan. Now this is salad my way. The total yum factor.
