People snub LEFTOVERS for a few reasons:
1- they are not preserved and frozen properly
2- they don't know that the maceration process brings out the flavor of food. I.E. spaghetti is better the next day
3- they lack the skill it takes to create a new meal with a leftover food item.

Tonight I'm using my leftover frozen homemade meatballs, frozen shredded cheese and a frozen bun to make a cheesy meatball sandwich. Garlic butter your buns. Add sauce to the meatballs it needed and sprinkle on the cheese. Foil wrap and warm in the oven. Wha la!
