French Onion and Mushroom Salisbury Steak
We’re going into fall and my tummy wants a little heavier meal. Don’t you? Well how about a big ole tender Salisbury Steak infused with French Onions and lots of savory Mushrooms? The secret to getting the meat to be super tender is a sweetened Applesauce. I learned this little trick while watching a cooking show on PBS.
