I like a sauce that’s neither heavy nor pasty. A sauce should enhance the ingredients, not smother them. Since were watching our portions, we need this sauce to sing. Playing ever so nice with the other flavors is the star of the sauce, Parmesan. Oh yeah. That Parm is in tune with Plain Greek Yogurt, EVOO, Almond Milk, Chicken Broth and Garlic. One pan and you’re done. Scoot on down to the recipe, print it and tell me if this isn’t your new “Go-To” blend for Alfredo Sauce.
You can get by with a ½ cup of my Alfredo Sauce, poured over your starch and proteins. My recipe makes 2 1/2 cups. Enough for the entire family. Get everybody on board so that you’re not cooking all these different meals for funky taste buds.
