This Labor Day, we are going to relax.
How about that?
Yes, we still plan on cooking, but we’re going to prepare a tantalizing casserole ahead of time so that we can simply heat and eat on Labor Day. How about a dish with ingredients that pair well and play nice?
Chicken and Pasta.
Two of my favs. Crispy, Boneless Chicken Breast, gently fried in Italian Bread crumbs, sitting on a bed of Penne that’s nestled in Pasta Sauce and draped with melted Provolone Cheese. Who could resist a mouth-watering, frugal and simple dinner for a $1.29 a serving?
