Bok Choy & Onions over Turmeric Rice

Bok Choy is now BOSS in my Frugal Kitchen. Here's my Stir Fried Bok Choy, Onions and Turmeric Rice. Bok Choy is Oriental Cabbage. Easy to find in grocery stores. The leaves are easier to pull off and clean. It gets tender really fast and you get a huge head for a little over $3.00.
Frugal but nutritional y'all. Very very high in Vitamin A, which is good for your immune system. The Turmeric I added to my rice is also a top dog spice when it comes to lowering highly blood pressure
